ESA Clinical Evaluations provides mental health assessment services for Emotional Support Animal (ESA) determinations. By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Guarantee of ESA Letter

All services provided by ESA Clinical Evaluations are for the purpose of a clinical evaluation only.

Payment is for the evaluation and does not guarantee issuance of an ESA letter. ESA documentation is provided only when clinically appropriate, based on the professional judgment of a licensed mental health provider.

2. Not a Substitute for Ongoing Treatment

Services offered are limited to ESA evaluations and do not constitute ongoing therapy, counseling, or long-term mental health treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients may be referred for additional services if needed.

3. Telehealth Services

All services are provided via telehealth. While secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms are used, there are inherent risks associated with electronic communication.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
